NOKI EXPRESS
When delivery couriers arrive at a building, they can deposit the package into Noki Express locker via the resident phone number or unit number. The resident is notified by SMS with a unique code that is used to retrieve the package.
All couriers have access with no restrictions.
Property Managers set the length of time residents must pick up their packages by and determine fees for overdue packages. Residents will receive an SMS notifying them of pick-up deadlines and associated fees that their respective Property Management has set.
We do not recommend delivery of perishable items in the lockers, unless you are able to pick-up the package immediately.
Noki Express will detect power loss and go into safety lockdown mode where only your Property Manager can access the locker to prevent potential theft.
To ensure secure deliveries, only the recipient can pick-up. If needed, share the unique code sent by SMS with someone you trust, and they can collect your parcel by entering the code at the Noki Express Locker.
Residents can also collect their packages by accessing the self-serve option on the system menu panel. If you still cannot retrieve your items, please contact your building staff.
Return the package to the reception desk or manager and ask for their assistance in delivering to the correct resident.
Please contact the delivery courier to see if they left the parcel elsewhere such as reception, mailroom or if a delivery notice was left instead.
