Noki Exchange and Noki Exec are the two software solutions that accompany the Noki System hardware. Noki Exchange accesses the System via a mobile app, and is purpose-built for use in Condo buildings by the individuals who live there.
Noki systems connect via Wifi or LTE cellular data, which allows them to be installed anywhere with a standard AC wall plug. The System can be wall mounted, or put on a floor stand.
Noki Systems currently provides support and services to companies based in both Canada and the United States.
Yes, Noki System’s smart lockers are highly reliable. We use advanced technology such as RFID, biometric scanners, and secure PIN codes to ensure safe and efficient parcel management. Designed for durability and equipped with real-time monitoring, smart lockers offer dependable performance and enhanced security, minimizing the risk of theft and unauthorized access.
Noki Exchange
Getting started is quick and easy! Download the Noki Exchange app, available on the App Store and Play Store. Once in Noki Exchange, sign up by entering your mobile number and Noki will text you an authorization code. Enter the code into Noki Exchange to get started with your new account.
Within the Noki Exchange app, Credit and Debit cards can be used to purchase rental compartments.
Compartments can be rented through the Noki Exchange app under one of two payment plans. After downloading the app, users can visit the Rent tab and enter the number of the system they wish to rent a compartment from.
Yes. Noki provides an option for Account Share wherein chosen individuals are able to authorize your compartment(s) on your behalf.
Option 1:
$9.99/month for compartment rental
One FREE authorization per month
$6.99 per additional authorization during the rental month
This option is recommended for residents.
Option 2:
$24.99/month for compartment rental
You do not pay for any authorization.
The authorized person is charged $3.99 once
This option is recommended for real estate agents and hospitality.
How do I book/rent a compartment?
To rent a compartment through the app on a monthly basis, follow the steps below:
Open the app and navigate to the “Rent” tab
Select a Noki Exchange System Number from the available options (visible on the front panel of the system)
Assign a name to your rented compartment
Press “Next” to proceed
Choose one of the rental options provided
Press “Next” to continue
Review and agree to the Payment Terms
Press “Submit” to finalize the rental process
If you don’t have a saved credit card, enter your credit card information as prompted
The rented compartment will now be visible in the “Rent” tab for your reference
By following these steps, you will be able to conveniently rent a compartment on a monthly basis using the Noki Exchange app.
The system number is a three-digit number unique to the specific system you are renting from. It can be found on the front panel of the Noki Exchange System and is listed as “System #XXX”
Noki Exchange ensures the security of booked compartments through advanced access control mechanisms such as PIN codes. The software and mobile app provide real-time monitoring and alerts for any unauthorized access attempts, maintaining a secure environment for both the assets stored and the users booking the compartments.

Big or small, Noki Exec has your business covered. Noki Systems are scalable and customizable, with addon units available, so your Noki System can grow with your business.
Noki’s Network Monitoring System (Noki NMS) is always connected to your System, which means if there’s a problem, we’ll be the first to know. If the problem can’t be fixed remotely, a member of the Noki support team will be onsite to resolve it as soon as possible.
Yes, with Noki’s Multi-Location feature enabled, keys can be transferred and tracked between multiple locations.
Yes, Noki can be customized to fit the specific needs of your business.
