    Noki Exchange

    Download the Noki Exchange mobile app to book, manage, and end your compartment.

    Once booked, place your key inside and generate a secure passcode for others. Share the passcode so they can access the system—no app required on their end.

    You’ll receive real-time notifications for every open and return, can view full usage history, and avoid the hassle of retrieving lockboxes.

    Download the Noki Exchange mobile app. From the main menu, tap Book to begin your reservation.

    Enter the system number, which is a unique ID located on the physical system at the property. This ensures you’re booking the correct compartment.

    In the mobile app, tap Authorize and choose between an Individual or Shared passcode.

    Use Individual Access for one person (linked to their mobile number).

    Use a Shared Passcode for multiple users ideal for realtors, healthcare providers, or cleaners for a more automated experience.

    On the system screen, select Open Compartment and enter the passcode provided by the compartment owner. Follow the on-screen prompts to open or return the key.
    You can cancel your booking anytime through the Noki Exchange mobile app. Before ending your booking, make sure to remove your key, as access is lost immediately once cancelled.

    Go to the Book section in the app, next to your active compartment, tap END, and follow the prompts. A final receipt will be emailed to you.
    Bookings are non-refundable once started and if you end earlier then the duration.

    If you selected the wrong duration and it’s been less than 24 hours, please submit a request through our Support Form.
    If you forgot to remove your key and can no longer access your compartment, contact us through the Support Form and our team will assist with next steps.

    Important Notice:
    Noki is not responsible for lost keys if a booking is cancelled without removing them. Please ensure all items are retrieved before ending your booking.
    This can happen if a previous user left a different compartment open and your key was placed there instead of using your assigned passcode to return to your designated compartment.

    Please contact the user who returned the key and ask them to confirm which compartment it was placed in (a photo helps). Once you have the correct compartment, contact us while you’re at the system so our team can assist you remotely.

    Noki Express

    The passcode can be access through our ‘Noki Express’ mobile app. Please login with the registered credentials that management has on file.
    If your unable to log into the ‘Noki Express’ mobile app, please contact building management to review your information on file.
    If a delivery was marked as delivered but the compartment is empty, please check with security, look by your door, or contact your building management.
